Our Executive Chef Nacho Manzano, with two Michelin Stars to his name, oversees a menu of classic dishes with an innovative twist as well as signature dishes from his own restaurant, Casa Marcial in Asturias, Northern Spain.
To complement the tapas, Ibérica also offers an extensive selection of cheese and cured meats, including the famous Jamón Iberico.
